Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Mounjari helps GLP-1 medication users track doses, weight, and side effects. We built it on a clear principle: your health data belongs to you, stays on your device, and never reaches us.
This policy applies to the Mounjari iOS app, the Mounjari website, and any contact with us by email or through the support form.

Health Data Stays on Your Device
Inside the app, you may enter dose records, injection sites, symptoms, weight, daily notes, and medication information.
This data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account if you enable sync. It is not sent to servers operated by us, and we cannot view, retrieve, or access it.
This data is used to provide tracking, progress display, and export features.
Apple Health Data
With your explicit consent, the app can import weight from Apple Health. This data moves to local storage on your device only, and you can revoke permission at any time from your device privacy settings.
Subscription Data
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes an anonymous user ID, subscription status, purchase data, basic technical data, and IP address for fraud prevention.
Subscription data does not include health data.
Support and Website Data
If you contact us by email or through the support form, we process your name, email address, message topic, and message content. If your message contains health data, we treat it as sensitive and use it only to help you.
The Mounjari website runs on Cloudflare to serve pages, operate the support form, and protect the form from automated spam. We do not use the website to collect analytics or track your visit.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or PostHog. We do not use attribution tools or ad networks. We do not collect IDFA, location, contacts, phone numbers, or device fingerprints.
Storage and Retention
Health data: on your device and your iCloud account until you delete it.
Subscription data: with RevenueCat according to its policy.
Support data: in our email inbox and Cloudflare services when you use the website form, for no longer than 12 months after the ticket is closed.
Third Parties
We share limited data by purpose with RevenueCat for subscription management and Cloudflare for the website and support form. Health data stored inside the app is not shared.
We do not sell your data or share your health data for advertising.
Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete your health data inside the app. You can also export it as PDF, CSV, or JSON.
For subscription or support data, or to exercise your rights under Saudi personal data protection law, contact dpo@accelerate.sa. We respond within 30 days.
Security and Incidents
Data on your device is protected by native iOS encryption, and iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. Because your health database does not pass through our systems, a breach of our systems cannot expose your in-app health database.
Children and Users Outside Saudi Arabia
The app is not intended for children under 18. The app is available worldwide, but Saudi personal data protection law is the primary framework for this policy, and we treat your data the same wherever you are.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in the app.
