These terms govern your relationship with Accelerate Technology Establishment regarding your use of the Mounjari app and website. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully, especially the Medical Disclaimer section.

Medical Disclaimer

Mounjari is not a medical device and has not been classified or licensed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) or any other medical regulator. The app is a personal information organization tool, not a means of diagnosis or treatment.

The app does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or diagnosis. Information shown in the app is for informational and organizational purposes only.

GLP-1 level estimates are approximate and educational. They do not represent actual medication levels in your body and must not be used to make dosing decisions.

Consult Your Healthcare Provider

Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making any decision related to your treatment. Using the app does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not replace medical follow-up.

Subscription and Payment

The app offers monthly and annual subscriptions, and may also offer a one-time lifetime purchase option.

Eligible annual plans may include a 30-day free trial. Monthly plans do not include a free trial. If a trial is available, the subscription automatically converts to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. If offered, the lifetime option is billed once and does not renew.

Subscription Expiry and Your Data

When your subscription expires, you lose access to paid features. Your health data is not deleted or lost; it remains on your device and in your iCloud account.

Ownership of Your Data

Your health data belongs to you. It is stored on your device and in your iCloud account. We have no rights to it and cannot access it.

You can export your data at any time as PDF, CSV, or JSON.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The app, website, design, and source code are the property of Accelerate Technology Establishment. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You agree to use the app for personal purposes only, not to present exported data as official medical reports, and not to use the app to provide medical advice to others.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app and website are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that they are error-free or that any calculations are accurate.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data on your device, or any medical decision based on app information.

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For disputes, we first seek amicable resolution within 30 days. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over legal disputes without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

General Provisions

These terms were prepared in Arabic. In the event of a conflict with a translation, the Arabic version prevails.

We may amend these terms with 30 days' advance notice via in-app notification.
